These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the contractual relations between any user of the www.floloveparis.com website (hereinafter referred to as a "User") and the merchant floloveparis.com belonging to the company FLORENCE ROUCHON DIFFUSION, with its registered office at the following address: 18, rue des Boulets 75011 PARIS (hereinafter referred to as Flolove Paris) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 832 020 150 00013.

Flolove Paris may occasionally be required to modify certain provisions of its general terms and conditions. These modifications are binding from the moment they are put online and cannot apply to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase on the Site is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order.

By connecting to the site, you agree to respect the General Conditions as well as the terms of use contained therein.

The Site allows Flolove Paris to offer for sale textile products and accessories manufactured by and/or for Flolove Paris or its potential commercial partners (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") to users of the www.floloveparis.com website.

1- Order

To place your order, we provide you with the following means: 
online on our e-shop: www.floloveparis.com 24/7

If you place an order via our e-shop site, once you have made your choice of Products (size, quantity), and validated your basket, you must:
* read the general terms and conditions of sale
* Once your order payment has been made, this will formally and definitively establish the sales contract binding you to Flolove Paris.

2- Price

Selling prices are indicated in Euros and include all taxes, excluding delivery costs. Value Added Tax is that in force in France.
The prices applied are those appearing on the Site at the time of the order.
The flat rate amount for participation in delivery costs will be reminded to the user when choosing Products and will be billed to them at the end of the order on the order summary page, in addition to the price of the selected products.

3- Availability

We will honor the order within the limits of our available stock. 

In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact the user by email within a maximum of 5 days from the date of your order to inform them and to indicate within what time frame, this product could, if applicable, be delivered to them. The user may then either maintain their order or cancel it.

4- Delivery methods

The user's order will be delivered to the address they indicated when placing their order.  When the item is in stock, the estimated delivery date is determined by:  the shipping time. Any order placed on the site will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). 
Delivery times depend on the selected transport method.

the delivery time of your package by the carrier. International delivery times depend on the country of delivery. Generally, packages are delivered within 5 to 10 working days.

Shipping costs are flat-rate and are broken down as follows:

* France: 12 euros

* Europe: 15 euros

* Rest of the world: 31 euros

Upon receipt of the order, the user will check the conformity of the products received in execution of their order. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (namely: missing or damaged products, damaged packages) must imperatively be indicated as soon as possible after receipt of the Products to Flolove Paris customer service, by writing an email to camille@floloveparis.com - Flolove Paris reserves the right to ask the user to return the non-compliant or damaged product. In case of abnormal or abusive returns, Flolove Paris may refuse to serve a subsequent order.

5- Payment

The order is debited upon validation of the order, provided that prior authorization for debiting the account has been obtained from the competent payment centers, failing which your order cannot be processed.

6- Right of withdrawal with refund

You have 14 days to return one or more items to us. Refunds are made upon receipt and inspection of the items, via the same payment method (credit card, Paypal account) as that used when paying for the order.

If you wish to exchange your product or be reimbursed, please inform our Customer Service by email at camille@floloveparis.com: a return slip will be sent to you by return email.  

Return costs are at your expense, 7.50 euros will be deducted from your refund.  

All items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the package.

Items tried on to check the size are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it shows damage or for hygiene reasons. We may apply dry cleaning fees if the item is not clean.

In case of exercising your right of withdrawal, Flolove Paris will reimburse you the sums you have paid, with the exception of shipping and return costs.
The refund of an item after receipt will be made within 15 days.

Is it possible to exchange for another item?

1. Disputes – Complaints

Without prejudice to the guarantees set out in article 8 below, the user has the possibility of reporting any complaint relating thereto by email to camille@floloveparis.com, according to the following criteria:
* Product not received: within 21 days from the dispatch date of the Product, the Product has not been received by the user.
* Non-compliant product: within 3 days from the receipt date of the Product, the Product received does not correspond to the Product ordered.
* Damaged product: within 3 days from the receipt date of the Product, the Product received is damaged or broken.
Disputes are settled directly between the user and Flolove Paris. The user and Flolove Paris will make their best efforts to reach an amicable resolution of the dispute.
Depending on the case, the reported dispute will result either in the return of the ordered Product or in a refund.

1. Guarantees

In accordance with the legal provisions in force relating to the conformity of goods with the contract or hidden defects, defective products or products not corresponding to the order will be refunded.
Products must be returned to us in the condition in which they were received with all elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.).
These guarantees are without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for above.

9- Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
