Terms of Sales

These general conditions of sale exclusively govern the contractual relations between any user of the site www.floloveparis.com (hereinafter referred to as a “User”) and the merchant floloveparis.com belonging to the company FLORENCE ROUCHON DIFFUSION , whose head office is located at the following address: 25, rue Trousseau 75011 PARIS (hereinafter referred to as Flolove Paris) registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 832 020 150 00013

Flolove Paris may occasionally be required to modify certain provisions of its general conditions. These modifications are enforceable as soon as they are posted online and cannot apply to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase on the Site is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order.

By connecting to the site, you agree to respect the General Conditions as well as the conditions of use appearing there.

The Site allows Flolove Paris to offer for sale textile products and accessories manufactured by and/or for Flolove Paris or its possible commercial partners (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) to users of the site www.floloveparis.com.

1- Order

To place your order, we provide you with the following means: via the Internet on our e-shop: www.floloveparis.com 24/7

If you place an order via our e-shop site, once you have made your choice of Products (size, quantity), and your basket has been validated, you must:
* read the general conditions of sale
* Once payment for your order has been made, it will firmly and definitively formalize the sales contract which binds you to Flolove Paris.

2- Price

Sales prices are indicated in Euros and all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. The Value Added Tax is that in force on French territory.
The prices applied are those appearing on the Site at the time of the order.
The fixed amount of participation in delivery costs will be reminded to the user when choosing Products and will be invoiced at the end of the order on the order summary page, in addition to the price of the selected products.

3- Availability

We will honor the order within the limits of our available stocks. In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in our stocks, we undertake to contact the user by email within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of your order in order to correct it. inform and indicate within what time frame this product could, if applicable, be delivered to you. The user can then either maintain their order or cancel it.

4- Delivery methods

The user's order will be delivered to the address they indicated when ordering. When the item is available in stock, the estimated delivery date is determined by: shipping time. Any order placed on the site will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery times depend on the mode of transport selected.

Shipping costs are fixed and break down as follows:

* France: 7 euros

* Europe: 12 euros

* Rest of the world: 26 euros

Upon receipt of the order, the user will check the conformity of the products received in execution of his order. Any anomaly concerning delivery (namely: missing or damaged products, damaged packages) must be indicated as soon as possible following receipt of the Products to Flolove Paris customer service, by writing by email to camille@floloveparis.com - Flolove Paris se reserves the right to ask the user to return the non-compliant or damaged product. In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, Flolove Paris may refuse to serve a subsequent order.

5- Payment

The order is debited upon validation of the order on the condition that you have previously obtained authorization to debit the account from the competent payment centers, otherwise your order cannot be taken into account.

6- Right of withdrawal with refund

You have 14 days to return one or more items to us. Refunds are made upon receipt and inspection of the items, via the same payment method (credit card, Paypal account) as that used when paying for the order.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging with all labels intact within 14 days of receipt of the package.
Items tried on for size are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it presents damage or for hygiene reasons. We may apply a Dry Cleaner fee if the item is not clean.

If you wish to exchange your product or have it refunded, please inform our Customer Service of your approach by email to camille@floloveparis.com so that your return can be processed under the best conditions.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Flolove Paris will reimburse you free of charge the sums you have paid with the exception of shipping costs.
Reimbursement of an item after receipt will be made within 15 days.

Is it possible to exchange with another item?

1. Disputes – Disputes

Without prejudice to the guarantees set out in article 8 below, the user has the possibility of reporting by email to camille@floloveparis.com, any related complaint according to the following criteria:
* Product not received: within 21 days from the date of shipment of the Product, the Product has not been received by the user.
* Non-compliant product: within 3 days from the date of receipt of the Product, the Product received does not correspond to the Product ordered.
* Damaged product: within 3 days from the date of receipt of the Product, the Product received is damaged or broken.
Disputes are settled directly between the user and Flolove Paris. The user and Flolove Paris will make their best efforts to achieve an amicable resolution of the dispute.
Depending on the case, the declared dispute will result in either the return of the Product ordered or a refund.

1. Guarantees

In accordance with the legal provisions in force relating to the conformity of the goods with the contract or hidden defects, Products which are defective or do not correspond to the order will be refunded.
The Products must be returned to us in the condition in which they were received with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.).
These guarantees are without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for above.

9- Applicable law

These general conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the French courts.
