Flolove Paris may occasionally modify some of the provisions of its general conditions. These modifications are enforceable from the time they are posted online and cannot be applied to contracts entered into previously. Each purchase on the Site is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order.

By connecting to the site, you agree to respect the General Conditions as well as the conditions of use appearing there.

The Site allows Flolove Paris to offer for sale textile products and accessories manufactured by and/or for Flolove Paris or its potential business partners (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) to users of the site.

1- Order

To place your order, we provide you with the following means: by Internet on our e-shop: 24/24h and 7/7d

If you place an order via our e-shop site, once your choice of Products has been made (size, quantity), and your basket has been validated, you must:

* Once the payment of your order has been made, it will formally and definitively formalize the sales contract that binds you to Flolove Paris.

2- Price

The sale prices are indicated in Euros and include all taxes, excluding delivery costs. The Value Added Tax is that in force on French territory.
The prices applied are those appearing on the Site at the time of the order.
The lump sum contribution to the delivery costs will be reminded to the user when he chooses Products and will be invoiced to him at the end of the order on the order summary page, in addition to the price of the selected products.

3- Availability

We will honor the order within the limits of our available stocks. In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in our stocks, we undertake to contact the user by e-mail within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of your order in order to inform him and to indicate to him in which deadlines, this product could, if necessary, be delivered to you. The user can then either maintain his order or cancel it.

4- Delivery methods

The user's order will be delivered to the address he indicated when ordering. When the item is in stock, the estimated delivery date is determined by: the shipping time. All orders placed on the site will be dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery times depend on the mode of transport selected.

5- Payment

The debit of the order is carried out during the validation of the order on the condition of having previously obtained authorization to debit the account from the competent payment centers, failing which your order could not be taken into account.

6- Right of withdrawal with reimbursement

You have 14 days to return one or more items to us. Refunds are made upon receipt and control of the items, via the same payment method (credit card, Paypal account) as that used when paying for the order.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging with all tags intact within 14 days of receiving the package.
Items tried on for sizing are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons. We may apply a dry cleaning fee if the item is not clean.

If you wish to exchange your product or have it refunded, please inform our Customer Service of your approach by email to so that your return is processed under the best conditions.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Flolove Paris will reimburse you free of charge for the sums you have paid, with the exception of shipping costs.
Reimbursement of an item after receipt will be made within 15 days.

Is it possible to exchange with another item?

In the event of an exchange, the return costs are the responsibility of the user and the return of the exchanged product is made free of charge within the limit of a single return. Beyond a return, the costs of return and resending are the responsibility of the user.

1. Disputes – Disputes

Without prejudice to the guarantees set out in article 8 below, the user has the possibility of reporting by email to, any complaint relating thereto according to the following criteria:
* Product not received: within 21 days from the date of dispatch of the Product, the Product has not been received by the user.
* Non-compliant product: within 3 days from the date of receipt of the Product, the Product received does not correspond to the Product ordered.
* Damaged Product: within 3 days from the date of receipt of the Product, the Product received is damaged or broken.
Disputes are settled directly between the user and Flolove Paris. The user and Flolove Paris will make their best efforts to reach an amicable resolution of the dispute.
Depending on the case, the declared dispute will give rise either to the return of the ordered Product or to a refund.

1. Warranties

In accordance with the legal provisions in force relating to the conformity of the goods to the contract or to hidden defects, defective Products or Products that do not correspond to the order will be reimbursed.
The Products must be returned to us in the state in which they were received with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.).
These guarantees are without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for above.

9- Applicable law

These general conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution is subject to French jurisdiction.
