Any order placed via our website will be sent within 48 hours, during week time (Monday to Friday).
The delivery period will be shifted by the mode of delivery.

Tracking the parcel

The tracking number lets you get the info about the delivery process. This tracking number can be found on the details of the order when logged on to your account.

* Absence of the addressee
In case of absence of the addressee, a transit advice note will be left in your letter box. The delivery service will give details about further delivery or if it has been given to the local post office.

If I have a problem with the order, is it possible to get a refund?
Orders can be returned within 14 days after the reception of the parcel. Refunds are done when the returned product is successfully controlled upon receipt, using the same payment method you chose when ordering. The entire command will be refund except delivery fees.

Is it possible to exchange with a different product?

In the event of an exchange, the return costs are your responsibility. Your exchanged product is sent free of charge within the limit of a single exchange. Beyond one exchange, both return and shipping costs are at your expense.

The fabrics are embroidered in a workshop in Picardy. Production is then carried out in Poland. Some very limited edition pieces are entirely produced in Paris.
